Shipping and Returns
We offer free first class postage to any UK address as standard for orders of £15 and over. We will post items 1-2 weeks after we receive your order. However, we pride ourselves on making products as soon as possible after the order comes in to us. Sometimes we are able to make and post orders in one day, so you could receive your order as little as two days after ordering.
Please do bear in mind that as we are working with personalised and handmade items, we do quote a 1-2 week turnaround time to be on the safe side. This also gives us the time for our detailed quality checks, to make sure your item is as good as it can be.
For items under 45cm we use Royal Mail First Class postage. This is free for orders over £15. For items 45cm or over we use DHL Express postage. This is a next day service. If Special Delivery or Signed For options are required, these are also available at check out.
If you are overseas, we offer worldwide delivery. For items under 45cm we use Royal Mail International Standard postage. For items 45cm or over we use DHL International.
Customs and Taxes
Items are made and dispatched from the UK. International (including European) customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on arrival.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Should there be a problem with one of your Bear and Rose purchases, please just get in touch with us. If you are not 100% happy with your order and the item is unused and in perfect condition, we'll happily exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, minus the costs of our postage.
Customers are responsible for return/exchange postage costs and a refund will be processed once we have received the items back and verified they are unused.
If your returned item is not in the perfect condition it was sent to you in, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All orders are checked before dispatch. However sometimes a naughty one slips through the net. If that's the case and your Bear and Rose product arrives with any defects, we will of course offer a full refund or replacement.
We can not refund or replace any items with a fault as a result of misuse or mishandling.
